my beginner walking workout done today...this week its 15 min walk 3 times a week and inbetween I am doing 15 min bike riding for cross training, today was biking riding (first bike ride of spring it felt great) emoticon slow but steady :)

I love the idea of walking every day for an hour. I am going to try to get at least 3 days a week in. I am already swimming about an hour a day in the morning and then in the afternoon get 20 minutes of strength training plus 20 more minutes of cardio. Gonna try to shake it up a bit and use my lunch hour to walk instead of visiting at the lunch table. Thanks for the challenge.

I really love walking but most of the time I do use a video to do sttionary walking of 10/mile.
I will try very much to do the outside walking especially in the morning hours.

I will be doing walking but I will be following the sparkpeople beginner walking workout instead. I have not been active for awhile, February to be exact, so I am taking it slow and taking my time with everything because of my slight PF (meaning not as bad as it used to be and I am doing stretches for this again too) and because I am still take iron therapy for my low iron (which is good at least now that I am taking iron I feeling much better and have more energy, the doctor has cleared me to excersice but to take it slow and not over do it.

I am scheduled for the first week to do 15 minutes 3 times a week and inbetween walking days I will match that 15 minutes with biking riding for my cross training.
