Running Lunges were scheduled however, I do lunges on Mondays (Spark People video). My poor abused 47 year old knees can only do them every so often. *S*

My alternative was Booty Kicks, 5 sets of 15 reps on each side; 15 to the back then 15 to the side.

I'm aiming for 4 sets of 10.
Lunges are the one exercise I really struggle with because I have really tight hip flexors. I have a hard time particularly on my right side my hip has zero "stability" so I have a hard time coming "up" from the lunge position. I need to use support to do these but I"m hoping one day I can do lunges without too much discomfort.
Great challenge!
I've done 2 sets so far!
