got 3 sets done. I spent 5 1/2 hours in the yard. 2 1/2 pulling up vines and then the other 3 planting them elsewhere. My butt, hips, hamstrings, back, arms hurt.

I got three sets of booty kicks in. I was going for 4, but work got very busy the end of the day and I ran out of time. I had to rearrange the office furniture to get enough room to do them, but they were a GREAT stress reliever! I just thought of kicking everything that was stressing me out and "Kicked" it out!

Not so sure i'll do the booty kicks again though - my lower backs was starting to hurt towards the end there - not the 'im working my muscles' type of hurt either

well todays bootykickin is going alright. Had a small muscle pain in my left leg so made it to fiftenn with first set on that leg. I guess I needt o do some more stretcing and find someplace whre the kids are nt running into me LOL. But booty kickin in progress, computer crunches are great and the squats are wonderful. Love that stretch.

These kinds of instructions always confuse me. Does this mean that we are actually doing 80 reps? That is 20 behind on each leg (40) and then 20 to the side on each leg (another 40). Is this what we are actually doing? Or..what?

Booty kicks I'll do. I'm not totally convinced about computer crunches... I'm sort of hard core.

Covey, doesn't he have the Franklin Covey time management program along with all the day timers, etc? I did the time management course years ago, and when I retired I wanted to design for myself my own mission statement. I used the same materials and the same approach, and had lots of fun designing my own goals,etc. There's a website where one can do all the work, and I believe it's free. Try it, you'll like it.
