behind as usual. proud of myself for not giving in to bad food, and not killing my kids for lack of help of late. My car is dead and son is supposed to fix it prob not till tomorrow eventhough its been broke since last weeks freezing. So no parking farther away but I have been taking extra steps by doing two or three walks to mail box, garbage can etc instead of doing it all at once, and usuing the farther away bathroom ( 70 extra steps each time).

I got 60 min of on purpose cardio yesterday, walk, jogging and carrying heavy boxes of wood from pile to house.

I slept in ( me time) and will have a nice jaccuzzi bath before bed~more ME time lol.

okay- catching up-

dec 3- emoticon emoticon emoticon

dec 4- ummmmm.... totally failed on that one. I'm a night eater, if not I wake up at 2-3 am and binge on junk.

dec 5- failed that one too- it fell on my scheduled rest day.

dec6- emoticon wrapped Christmas gifts. I know- technically that's for someone else- but I just love doing it, so it counts :)

I usually eat a fruit or 2. emoticon emoticon

As far as I know, rhubarb and pumpkin are counted as vegetables.

great idea :)
The goals I'm working on in December-

-keep up with my c25k program 3 times a week and run my first 5k

-go to the gym at least twice a week in addition to the 3 runs a week

-track everything

-choose Christmas treats wisely, no mindless eating

-maintain my weight!
