Here are the Rules and Dates for this challenge. Each week you will weigh in and participate in THREE weekly challenges.

Rules:
1. Each teammate must weigh-in once a week (***Deadlines are SUNDAYS @ 11:59pm). If you miss two weigh-ins, you will be eliminated. Each team will have team captains who will be helping keep track of weights.

2. Sign-ups close on May 31st...you will then be divided into teams by me (LnzMansfield). After I divide the teams, you will receive an email letting you know what team you need to join.

3. If you DO NOT join AND post a starting weight on your team by JUNE 9TH, you WILL be eliminated from the challenge.

4. Post your weekly weigh-in on any day during the week. This means you can keep your weigh in day and post on that day (once a week).

5. It will be beneficial to your team if you participate in the team challenges. There are 3 challenges each week. We encourage daily participation!


Dates for posting your weights in your team for the challenge...
June 9th: Last day to post your Starting Weights!
June 16th – Last day to post your Week 1 Weights!
June 23rd – Last day to post your Week 2 Weights!
June 30th – Last day to post your Week 3 Weights!
July 7th – Last day to post your Week 4 Weights!
July 14th – Last day to post your Week 5 Weights!
July 21st – Last day to post your Week 6 Weights!
July 28th – Last day to post your Week 7 Weights!
August 4th – Last day to post your Final Weights!

Teams:...
After sign ups close on MAY 31, you will be broken up into teams, once on your team you will be participating in weekly weigh ins and two weekly challenges (1 fitness, 1 non-fitness related, and one personal) with each team earning the chance to win a 5lb advantage per challenge. These challenges are a fun way to get motivated and have fun while getting fit and on track for the upcoming holiday season. You will receive an email that will tell you which team you’re on and what to do next to join the team.

Weigh-ins...
Weights will be due each Sunday by Midnight! You can weigh in early, but not late. If you will be gone for any length of time you will need to let me or your captain know BEFORE you leave, not after you come back (if you forget to do this it will be counted as missed), and we will weigh you in. Two missed weigh-ins will result in elimination from the challenge.

Stipulations...
To play you must be eating a healthy diet (no all-liquid, all-M&M, etc) of at least 1200 (women)/1400 (men) calories per day or more, have had no weight loss surgery, and not be on any weight loss pills. This is an honor based challenge, by cheating you are also cheating yourself.
