I need to start using the food tracker again. I was using a book but that just didn't work well.
I need to up my fruit/veg so will see what this chall will do.
I need a good kick in the butt to get back on track.
If we finally get some nice spring weather here it might help. More snow for the weekend.

Will be starting some challegies on this team to get everyone motivated and eating healthly and execsieing.
Challengies will run weekly and each week will stat on a sunday and end on a saturday.
First challenge will start on sunday 1st of Mach and will be baised on ' FUIT/VEGETABLES'.
This challenge will be called freggies!
You will have to log on daily and tell us all wot fruit /veggies you have eaten daily the person who has eaten the most will get a reward on saturday ?
Ideas please ?
