I went up overnight too, Doreen - from Thursday morning to Friday morning, went up 1.4lb! Back down a smidge now though, so I'm really thrilled this week to have lost 1.2lb. I'm due to hit my initial goal in mid August at this rate, eventual goal in early December. (But that doesn't take into account a week in France over the summer, and several days at the Eisteddfod in Cardiff, etc etc!)

My daily step goal on my little spreadsheet is up about 900 over last week, so time to get just that little bit more active again...

Another small loss this week, but it's still a loss. 0.4lb off. I'm still not going crazy on the diet or exercise so I'm happy with that, and I'm still on target for my goals.

I had to weigh in a day early, because I wasn't going to be able to weigh in on Saturday (I was away on a training course). Happily though, I was down 1.6lb. :)

Well, I did weigh in yesterday, and I was up as expected. 11st 1.2lb. Not where I want to be by about two stone, but it's a starting point for this leg of the journey and I can work on it.

Time for a fresh start on these weigh ins I think! Personally I weigh in on a Saturday morning, but I think it'll probably be up a bit since I've had several dinners at restaurants this week and will be going to a concert on Friday night. Still, it's Easter week. :)
