CLO333, I looked at his website since you are such a fan of his.

Auna-Vista, nutrition books and magazine recipes are excellent ways to plan meals.

KAI-ZEN, since that's the first cookbook you choose when needing a recipe I will try to find a copy.

I haven't found a cookbook that I like, but I do have a book about the nutrition in a bunch of different foods that I really love. I also like reading about food in magazines.

One of my favorite cookbooks I grabbed at a thrift store years ago, 1001 Low-Fat Vegetarian Recipes : Easy, Great-Tasting Dishes for Everyone - From Appetizers and Soups to Entrees and Desserts. It's the first cookbook I reach for when I'm looking for something new to try.



Kaizen, Japanese for "continuous improvement" or "change for the better," refers to philosophy or practices that focus upon continuous improvement of processes. Kaizen is a daily process of making changes and monitoring results, then adjusting as needed.

I love Laurel's Kitchen, as much for the storytelling as for the recipes. We're really enjoying Plenty right now, and plan to make a bunch of the recipes in it.
