I drink whole milk, too, FirstMermaid1, and like to make yogurt at home. Kine are our friends, gentle and sweet...in Sweden my grandmothers use kulning to call in the cows. Queen Silvia of Sweden must have times that she would like to go out into the countryside to hear kulning.

Really glad you like it, MAMAMAITAI, it is a good way for me to keep track of my menus and grocery lists. I've set my nutrition tracker to the "vegetarian" choice and it is great for giving me complete daily meals menus and even a grocery list. I print out the list and get out all my shopping receipts so I can put the cost of each thing on my list I take to the store with me. I add it all up before I go to the store because I have a tight budget. I have counted my steps once when I shopped and now I use the walking I do there as part of my exercises. emoticon emoticon

Day 2 of detoxing from beef! I've easily gotten rid of all other animal products, but I'm having a very difficult time giving up beef. I'm going to post each day here that I go meat-free to keep me honest and on track!
