I just made a cranberry relish that is outstanding!! 2 oranges with zest, 1 cup pitted dates and 1 12 oz bag of cranberries. I think it was 12, might've been 16. Just a regular bag.

Just process all ingredients until they are the consistency you want.

Great googly mooglies it's good.

well, As I am hosting a lot of people I will probably stick with something "simple" and use my Happy Herbivore holiday menu plan which entails stuffed acorn squash, etc.
