Thanks! I figured it out! I had to google how many calories were in a gram of fat protein and carbs but I got it sorted.

I had to start a new box to finish the answer.

I don't think you can change the amount of fat or protein etc. When you put in your desired calories, as far as I can figure, the computer will calculate the amount of fat, protein, etc. that is considered the proper amount for you to eat. If you want to eat a different amount than the computer suggests you should be eating, just realize that the daily nutrition report will show that you are over or under what they suggest.

Hi Kara, 1. Go to the top left hand corner of the SparkPeople screen and click on "Start".
2. At the top left of the next screen, you will see a "Step 1".
3. You will see three blue rectangles. Click on the third one that says "Edit Goals".
4. Then click on "Food".
5. The first item on the list will be calories. On the far right of the line you will see a
blue edit box. Click on it. Then you will see where you can change the calories
to the range you want.
On that same screen you can add other nutrients you want to add to your food tracker.

Hello all!

I'm Kara (not my real name, but my online alias) and I was wondering how you all got around to altering spark to let you use it to monitor at 80/10/10. I want to eat around 2,500 - 3,000 calories (mainly raw fruits and veggies) and I want to track it on spark. How do I go about changing all my goals to reflect the intake goal I want of caloric fat and carb and protein?

Thanks!

Kara
