Not weighing til Wednesday. Almost grabbed a scoop of peanut butter to put in my smoothie and put it back. Still no creamer and no fats.

I did have a bottle of wine

the creamy pearl couscous for dinner is by far my favorite recipe.

Finally! Down 4.8 pounds.

I'm basically following the Eat to Live formula (Vegan Radiance on facebook is doing a 6 week challenge too). It works for me well.

smoothie/oatmeal for breakfast (1-2 fruits/greens in smoothie-1/2 cup almond milk included)

big salad with loads of veggies and 1/2 c beans

as much cooked vegs and beans as I want to dinner

no oil, sugar, salt

When I do the 6 weeks, I limit my starches to one at dinner---potato or whole grain

Here are notes I took:

No sugar, salt, or oil
No nuts, oils, or avocado
Eat 2 lb cook green/colored veggies daily in addition to raw and fruits
Eat calorie dense vegs/fruits first at a meal
Breakfast = 1 lb greens/vegs
Eat as much whole grains or potatoes as you want after you eat your veggies

Typical meal: gold potato with beans, pico, and corn on top or red lentil chili

*This is just me challenging myself to stay on the straight and narrow using the information in AJ's video.
