Don't feel bad i cheated and had some cheese today. Worked ordered pizza for the staff. I didn't eat meat but slipped on the cheese. tomorrow is a new day. At least i went a week free of cheese until today. I used to put cheese on everything so i am still proud of saying no 90% of the time.

Okay, so I totally screwed up on what vitamin is derived from lanolin. It's D3, not B12. D3 is also known as Cholecalciferol. Sorry everyone, my bad.

B12 is derived from lanolin from the wool of sheep.
Maybe I should classify myself as a vegetarian. I really love

Hi Mary. Change can be difficult. Don't beat yourself up. There is no rule stating you must become vegan overnight. If you're able to do it awesome but some people find it easier to do it in smaller steps. What is your favorite vegan food so far? Have you tried anything new? Has there been anything you didn't like?

I Mary Potter, being on a vegan track of eating for the last 7 days, would like to confess the following violations to my new vegan lifestyle.

* I did knowingly and willingly take 2 bites of my husbands Shake and Bake pork chop
* I did knowingly and willingly eat scrambled eggs with cheese
* I did knowingly and willingly purchase cold cereal containing B12

Okay, I feel better, thanks for listening. This week I am going for 100%!
