I tried watching shows while running and found that I couldn't do two things at the same time! I was falling all over the place! I thought, "Hmm, I run for an hour, Teen Wolf is about an hour, how can I lose?" Yeah. I did that twice. I decided I wanted to live more.

That would be excellent! I don't have a treadmill. My gym has tvs by the treadmills but they don't get that channel.

I've brought my tablet to the gym and rested it on the treadmill to watch while running but it's not really stable, as you can imagine! Treadmill time does kind of feel like it should be multi-tasking time!

If you don't like the road you're walking, start paving another one!

Lol. I'll do it too when I'm in a hurry. But I've seen some arguments on facebook over it and I'm like "hey, it's not like someone misused an apostrophe, okay?"

Exercise is my Prozac.

Typo. Also: In a more substantial vein, lmk if you need help with connecting your smartphone to a monitor. My husband and I gave a monitor to ourselves as our Christmas gift last year, and it was one of our best decisions ever! Treadmill + All Those Shows You've Been Intending To Watch = Win!

My people. ^_^

My gf and I love to watch Dr. Who. Haven't thought about watching it while working out though, just might have to give it a try!

I'm Rusty, by the way. And I promise, I'm not a Dalek. ;)

I just use an old monitor that I hook up to my phone. I can watch anything on NetFlix. :)

I wish my treadmill was near the TV, it would help motivate me so much more, given that I have a feverish need to keep the DVR low and also a need to get on the treadmill.

Watched an old Dr. Who episode on NetFlix today while on the treadmill. It's a great way to keep myself distracted while I exercise! It happened to be one of the Christmas episodes, and thus a bit longer--59 minutes instead of the usual 45 or so. End result: I ran that much longer. Thanks for the extra calorie burn Doctor!
