Hi team! The Bootcamp classes I go to three times a week is looking into expanding into the El Dorado Hills area around the first of the year. They were hoping to do it sooner, but didn't have enough registrations. I don't work for them, but I've enjoyed these classes so much that I told them I'd spread the word in any way I could. Here's some basic information:

Meet Adventure Boot Camp

Downtown Sacramento Adventure Boot Camp is THE outdoor fitness program for Women that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose a few inches to fit into that special dress, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just get fit, this is the program for you!

The program covers nutritional information, and includes a pre and post camp evaluation to go over each woman's personal goals and measure their individual successes. Camp starts at 5:30 am and 6:15pm sharp and is one hour long.

Expected results are 3-5% reduction in body fat

5-10 pounds weight reduction

25% improvement in strength, better relaxation

1-3 inch decrease in the midsection

25% improvement in endurance

100% gain in self confidence.

The sessions are designed to accommodate a variety of ages and degrees of fitness ability.
