I found out about this in a class I took this year.

You can send yourself an email IN THE FUTURE. You post yourself a message, like how wonderful it is to be able to buy NORMAL size clothes now, and post the message anywhere from a few days to up to 50 years in the future.

At the appropriate time, it will send the message back to you!

The principle we talked about in class is to tell your brain that you have already accomplished your goal by that point in time.
