I am! I worked out every day this past week, so there's no reason I can't do it two weeks in a row! I went out yesterday and got some warmer workout wear so I can stay warm during my runs Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

I'm running on Tuesday and Thursday and have the 5K on Saturday. I definitely need to eat right this week in order to be ready for the race.

I'm making a Thai-style menu for tonight and Basque for tomorrow. The rest of the week I only have to worry about feeding me.

50 is the new 30.

man I was soooo bad this weekend. This week I have already planned my meals and decided it's a NO TV week! This means I will exercise because I won't turn into a tv zombie. :)

Great Weezie, we wouldn't want you running off into the sunset. Get those doggies out for a walk and it is SO COOL that you have all your meal plans made.
That's a great way to stay on track .

I am going to give it a good shot, but with the weather change I don't know if I will be able to walk outside or not.We will see.

I am!!! Anyone else? Post up what your plans are for staying on track.

I've already planned out what all my breakfast and lunches are for the week and most of my dinners. I'm going to walk my dogs every night after work for 45 min's.
