*wave* I too tend to start and restart over and over. I do well for long periods of time, but eventually I start down the slippery slope. The best thing is to let a temporary slide become long term.

Hey guys. I am new to the team, so if you want to learn a little bit more about me check out my post on the introduction board. I have tried countless number of times to diet and change my life, and every time I have failed so far. However this time I want it to be different,and I think one way I can make it different is by having a support/accountability buddy. I have about 140 lbs to lose so it will be a long road.
