I'll do my best...my projects are all due tomorrow (except for on small one next week). I still have'nt exercised and I can feel it. But I will get back to it tomorrow or Thursday...I think I will set a new goal to reach by Christmas!

This has been sucha horrible and hectic time for me, that I have let a lot of my good habits slide as well.

I didn't get up to work out this morning the way I should have. But that doesn't mean I can't get out of my chair now and walk the long way through the building to go fill my water bottle.

Starting now, we can do better.

don't feel bad, i haven't exercised in about 3 weeks (not bright of me for sure)--i had the same insane time crunch you've had, but amazingly i've kept the same weight going (within 2 pounds). That'll change today--i'll get back into the rhythm and stay there (i sincerely hope)

remember that you can break things up into smaller increments. use 10 minutes here and there--it may not seem like you're doing much, but 10 minutes can be a long time for your body to do a cardio action and get going, it won't go so quick you won't notice anything. it'll help, and keep calm about what you're doing. you'll be fine.

I am overwhelmed by the holidays and finals. i lost all this wait in the past 2 months and was in the best shape of my life...ugh...I am afraid I have lost SOOO much progress in a week and it is looking like I won't be able to get back to it for 3 more days at least!
