I went to physical therapy at St Lukes---with the Brain and Spine Center's office. It's separate from the regular PT facility. That woman really works me out. My legs felt like wet noodles when I left. But not too many steps today.

I walked a 5K with the Illinois Trekkers in Forest Park this morning while it was still nice. This afternoon I walked with my Wednesday friends at Maryland Heights Community Center. We use the indoor track when it's too hot or too cold or too rainy. I got lots of steps in today!
