November is off to a busy start. The first weekend in Nov is always the Pinhoti 100 mile Endurance Run sponsored by a friend of ours. He has hundreds of volunteers working 18 aid stations, plus the start and finish lines. We work aid station #17 (mile 89.6) 8pm Saturday till 10am Sunday, then sleep most of Sunday (and try to warm up) then unpack and clean supplies. It was in the 20s all night, we burned a cord of wood and 6 gallons of gas in the generator trying to keep warm and cook for the runners. The M&Ms were so hard you could chip a tooth, but everyone had coffee, hot chocolate, soups, and bacon. Then it was back to work today. Tomorrow we have a new carport put in. Maybe Wed I can rest.

My resolutions for Nov are
1) track nutrition daily
2) 30 min of exercise daily
3) finish cleaning sewing room

beverly, Central time zone
