Got completely inspired by writing these down and finished 4 blocks of the Chattanoga Choo-Choo this weekend. Now to do the borders!

I will start strength training today. In terms of quilting, I would like to start the wall hanging I started for the quilt show my guild will be having in October. I will get this done this summer is my goal.

My month will involve:
1.) Dot's quilt top finished (just the top, as even that's going to be tough for me)
2.) Run a 5K in 40 minutes or less
3.) Get 3 hits in Softball (our league only has 3 innings, so it's going to be tough)

Good Luck everyone!

I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy Humbug!

Because I do badly with resolutions, I'm making a goal to get in strength training every week. Hmmm, I think I will do it the way I did the walking. I'll make my goal to do 10 minutes of strength training 2 days a week. I can do that!

Mine is to up my exercise, via the garden.... while not letting go of my walking... This will be a challenge, and tonight I am sore. It is so worth it, though!

I agree it is time to make some April resolutions. I will make time for strength training as well. We had icy sidewalks this morning which made walking slippery. I am looking forward to better weather - its been a long winter.

Here we are at the start of another month. I must admit I did reaaaalllly bad with my March resolutions. So I think for April I will continue to try and work on my strength training. Eventually I will be able to get it in.
