Once I get rid of this cold I will go to the gym 3 times a week and I will walk at least a few times a week too. I have a few parties coming up this month between Christmas and Hanukkah so I will be aware of what I eat and drink at the parties and watch my portions. I will eat until I am full enough without being stuffed to the gills. I will be careful during the week and cook recipes to have for lunches and dinners during the week whether or not I am working. In other words I do not want to have a huge weight gain come January.

Just to stay on track. Monday I'm re-starting P1 of South Beach. I gained 2 lbs over Thanksgiving and I intend on going into the New Year at 125 lbs.
