My goals for Sept are as follows:

TRACK all food daily!!
Get in 480 oz of water
Loose 4 lbs

My September Goals will follow as

News:
FIL B'day - 10th
DH B'day - 11th
Grandma B'day - 21st
SIL B'day - 22nd
My B'day - 29th
(there are other birthdays but i don't really celebrate theirs)

1) Blog my weekly blog each week ON TIME!!!
2) No snacking after 10pm
3) Tracking daily
4) Relive the spark diet plan starting with Spark fast break
5) Do a GOYBAD song daily
6) Do Either 100 minutes low intensity or Burn 500 Calories 5 times a week
7) Get close to 10% of my start weight if not close to it.
8) Drop a dress size
9) Complete Adventure 6 Virtual Challenge
10) Have atleast 6 meals from spark meal a week ( either breakfast, lunch or dinner all 3 on the day will count as 3)
11)Try something new each week (either for nutrition or fitness)
12) Do something creative each week
13) Try to progress on religious studies (as i saw trying to aim to finish a chapter was hard so any progress would be good)
14) Do the focus challenges. Daily ones and Weekly Ones.
15) Try to turn my regular 30% cardio aerobics to 45% each week.

My goals are:
To workout to TurboFire 3x per week.
To workout to Tai Chi 1x per week.
To workout with my trainer 2x per week.
To consistently golf below 90 for 18-holes.
To golf 2 x per week at a minimum.
To hold Fit Club 2x per week.
To train for one 5k in October.
To lose 4lbs.
To continue to eat clean.
To keep calories at 1550 daily.
To drink 12 glasses of water per day.
To pay it forward by hosting my own Challenge Group on Facebook.

My goals this month are:
Go to sleep earlier and always try to get at least 8 hours of sleep.
Keep up my workouts - usually between 45 minutes and 1 hour + 15 minutes every day.
Lose 5 lbs. in September.

Thank you Lord for blessing our steps all the way to the end.

1) 30 minute walk 3 days each week
2) 15 minutes of Yoga daily
3) 5 minutes meditation daily
4) total body strength training three days each week
5) 1 hour cardio cleaning 3 days each week
6) Tai Chi 20 minutes 2 days each week
7) Spanish study & exposure 1 hour daily
8) at-home manicure or pedicure weekly
9) reach 241#
