Truth to tell, I stick with the same exercises. Mostly elliptical, but I'm trying to incorporate more strength training.

I like to mix things up with exercise DVD's... and walking/joggingI have collected more than I'd care to admit!! (I recently slimmed down my collection and passed some on to family and friends!)...I do tend to get into weeks of more pilates, or whatever...I figure as long as I'm getting in cardo and strength training each week in the right amounts I'm good to go.

The same ones even though I know to try new exercises...sigh

Every day I am on the verge of making slight changes that would make all the difference in my life.

One day I won't be able to do this, but today is not that day

Sadly, I haven't figured out the exercise part... I don't have a routine. Over the years, I've tried various but get bored and stop. Kind of at a loss.

As the Arizona weather cools off, I walk my dogs every morning, take hikes, ride my bike. Winters are fairly active.

I basically do the same exercises, but different routines. Carido is the same daily.....walking.....but different routes. Same with a weeklyy bike ride.

I only do workout DVDs but since have so many of them, I can do different stuff all the time.
