Don't let a piece of pie make you feel awful - you've done such an amazing job! It's just a piece of pie. It doesn't negate all of the hard work you've done. Shake it off and get back to your routine. You are awesome! emoticon

You have LOST 9lbs. That means you said NO to 31500 calories you normally would not say no to. So you said yes to 200-300 calories big deal that is nothing compared to the 31500 you have said no to.

Besides eating anything does not mean the exercise and healthy choices you made don't matter. You did them for yourself and nothing in this world even pecan pie could take that away from you. Besides thin woman the world over make healthy choices most of the time and have splurges they don't feel guilty about because they know they are still on the healthy living highway. Just like you.

Moderation is key! Think of it more like you worked a hard 3 weeks to have the pecan pie! Sometimes you have to indulge or you will end up really binge eating

Don't feel bad about yourself. That one piece of pie means nothing :) Just keep on being consistent with your exercise and everything is gonna be just fine! emoticon

For one slice of pecan pie? You've got nothing to feel bad about. Last weekend I ate an entire tub of peanut butter ice cream all to myself!
But I still don't feel bad, because that was just one day and I have the rest of my life to get things right. Plus it was AWESOME ice cream. If your pie was tasty then I see no reason why you shouldn't have eaten a slice and thoroughly enjoyed it. Nobody can be perfect 100%.

We all have our moments when we give into some temptation. At least you've come out the other side realizing it was a mistake - not something you can do all the time and still reach your goals. Get back on track as soon as possible. One little slip up did not put all the weight on, and it won't put it all back on. It's what you do and the decisions you make 95% of the time that will either get you to your goal, or keep you from reaching it.

Three weeks is a long run before your cheat day. We have to give ourselves a cheat every now and then. Sometimes we just need the bloating reminder why we give up some things for our better healthy lifestyle. Your body has adjusted to feeling good with good nutrition. Your are doing a WONDERFUL job!!!! And your exercise even if you did overeat will still be of help. You can do it! You have friends to help keep you motivated! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I have been doing so good for the last three weeks. So, today, I caved at our office luncheon. Did good for the meal: ham, green beans, broccoli, and broccoli salad, and a little coleslaw. However...I ate a piece of pecan pie. I am so bloated now!! Discusting!! What did I do?! I had started off good, walked 40 minutes today, and then...bam!! Pecan pie!!

Can I get some love please? Was so proud of myself, and now....feel awful!! emoticon

I can do this....I can do this.....I can...
