I know but I'm iffy about supplements too. Mum keeps buying me multivitamins but I just don't like taking things that way.

I wouldn't really consider it "pill popping" - it is a supplement, so I equate it with taking a daily vitamin or fish-oil or something :)

I'll update in a few weeks or so with my results :)

I've had it recommended to me by a friend, but I'm always a bit iffy about popping pills to solve any and all problems.
If they really work though I might give it a go as I have very weak knees too.

I've been taking Glucosamine MSM & CMO for a few months. I take it mostly for my knees and wrists. It has helped a lot. I'm very happy with the results. I've read it can take up to four months to notice a difference. I noticed a difference after about one month.

I have been using Glucosamine for a few years now because I have knee problems. I don't have any official diagnosis of what my pain is caused by (have history of tendinitis and general aching plus they make that tissue paper sound when I walk up stairs a lot). It has helped though now I am at the point where I can't stop taking it.

I have joint pain as a result of hyper-mobility syndrome, which basically means my joints are too flexible, and loose ligaments can bring on pain when your muscles aren't strong.

Anyway - just wanted to see if it will help with my pain and wondering if anyone else uses it?
