When i weigh myself, I step on the scale one time and only do it once a week.

If it's amazing, it won't be easy. If it's easy it won't be amazing. If it's worth it you won't give up. If you give up you're not worth it.

I weigh myself a couple of times during the week to keep on track, but my Friday weigh in is the final word.

I weigh every morning but record once a week. Rosepetal I'm like you, I avoid it if I have had a bad day because I know it won't be nice to me. I do try to weigh everyday though. Keep me on track.

I know it's not considered "healthy" but when I'm doing well I tend to weigh every day. BUT when I'm slacking I avoid the thing emoticon

abt. twice a week. And when the number looks really odd on my weigh-in day, I step on it twice, just to make sure :)

This year I've been weighing every day, and I track it, but I only really pay attention every month (to compare). My weight can range 5 pounds from one day to the next, so I never freak out if it's up or down.

My scale can be inaccurate, I think. I know I've changed the batteries because I thought it was really getting bad one time. And it's also weird when it gives me the exact same reading 3 days in a row (goes down to the tenth of a pound).

My floors are also very unlevel and I have an old, dial scale. I get on it probably 4 times minimum, but up to 10 times if it's constantly changing. It's frustrating but I think it's also a little OCD on my part, lol! I use it in the exact same spot on the floor, too.

I only step on in once. I used to check my weight every morning (only record it once a week) that seemed to help me stay on track better.

I have an official weekly weigh-in with TOPS on Wednesdays. I'm doing a 5/15/30 challenge with one of my Spark teams. It requires me to weigh myself on Sundays. I usually weigh myself once or twice in the days leading up to my official weigh-in to get an idea of how I'll do. So my answer is 3-4 times during the challenge and 2-3 times when I'm not doing the challenge.

Once, sometimes twice. I think it's beating myself over a few tenths of a pound and for me, that is silly.I put my scale in the same spot every time and weigh there and that is it.

Imperfection is important. If we were all perfect, then there would be no such thing as growth, and everyone would be extremely boring, which is, paradoxically, not that perfect.-- Dr. Matt

It's so funny you say that...because I need to do the same thing! Our floors are uneven.. I finally found a spot that gives me an accurate reading to the scale at work and the gym.

Our floor is just like yours, so when I step on it, I'll do it again at least 2 more times, sometimes more! I've quit weighing every day, but I'm going to start up again because I just read on SP about that being one of the secrets of thin people. They keep a close watch on it and when they go up a pound or two, they're right back to the basics again! Good idea! emoticon emoticon

One time. I get weighed at Weight Watchers and they have a very accurate scales. I do not weigh on my home scales because it will give me a different reading every time...in fact I should just throw it away.

I was thinking of this topic when I stepped on the scale this morning…

How many times do you step on the scale at each weigh-in? For me, I feel like I have to step on my scale up to 5 times because I can never get a consistent weight (our floors are REALLY uneven) and sometimes I do it because I just can’t believe what I’m seeing! HA!

What about you ladies?
