Good morning . Man last week was a long week , there was a death in the no so immediate family. Started Physical therapy .. and then I had to post a three pound gain . I have reassessed my goals, my eating plan , my meds and my abilities as to my exercise and will set forth a new set starting today . This process of recovery is well tedious at best and very disheartening at worst, but thank everyone for you patience with me and my not so cooperating body while we figure this mess out .

I hope everyone has a great Sunday and those on the east coast are still finding their way back to sort of normal.
