The pumpkin and cake thing is AWESOME.

I buy the little 100-calorie packs of sweets and keep them for emergencies. Sometimes ONLY CHOCOLATE is acceptable.

I really like the pudding idea! I usually keep granola bars with some form of chocolate in/on them to have when I've got ridiculous cravings, and they greatly help.

I've tried the pumpkin and cake mix thing- delicious, and SO moist. I've tried it with chocolate cake mix- good but slightly odd flavor, and carrot cake mix, which was amazing!!

You folks have some great sub ins for the stuff we aren't supposed to eat in high amounts. I tend to stuff myself full of water and if I am still craving a 1/2 an hour later then I will eat fruit in the hopes that the natural sweetness will help. I do like the jello pudding that is a great sub for chocolate.

I eat healthy choice chocolate ice cream bars for my treat - no sugar, 5 grams of fiber in each bar, 100 calories...and they are BIG - they feel like a real treat to me!

Debbie ~ Yes... cake is delicious! lol You can also take a cake mix (I prefer yellow or "butter recipe) and mix it with a can of crushed pineapple. Just mix those 2 things and bake. And Oh My Gooooooodnesssssssssss. SO freakin' yummy!! I highly recommend it :D It was a great experiment on my part. LOL

The pudding is delish... you should try it.

Also, vanilla yogurt with granola and fruit. OR coconut yogurt with a 1/2 tsp of cocoa powder and a few almonds :) Tastes like Almond Joy is a cup.. :) hehe

I too crave sweets every now and then, and the craving won't stop until I get something sweet. Cookies and candy don't excite me, I have a weakness for ice cream. So I go for the sugar-free fudgesicles by Bluebell or Blue Bunny. They are 35-45 calories each, and doesn't taste sugar-free. My limit is no more than 2 a day, or 4 in a week. emoticon

I love the suggestion of the sugar-free jello puddings. I think I'll get some today. I saw a recipe recently that uses only two ingredients: a yellow cake mix and a 15 ounce can of pumpkin. I haven't tried it yet, might make that today too. It says to mix the two ingredients and bake as cupcakes to make muffins. It is a Weight Watchers recipe passed on to me from a friend. You could try variations of cake mix flavors??? Stay strong Done Girl!

YAY for a Snickers free zone!!! LOL That's amazing :) I have a tip... sugar free jello pudding! You can buy a 4 pack of them for like $1 and if you get the sugar free kind, I think it's 60 calories for one of the cups and MAN does it put the breaks on my chocolate/sugar cravings! I get the chocolate vanilla blend one and MMMMMMM! It tastes rich and creamy and YAY!

Good for you! YAY for being DONE!

I have been able to curb my emotional eating for two months and have lost 20 pounds. But right now I am getting a craving for something sweet. I am irritable and I have the urge to eat something I shouldn't. I told my husband and he jokingly said, "This is a Snickers Free Zone". That made me laugh. But I am still struggling. I think I am going to go to the 7-11 and get a sugar free Slurpee.

I just needed to vent to the DONE team. If anyone has any encouraging words, I would greatly appreciate it.
