I did 15 minute low-impact workout. (Which is a big deal for me, it's been years since I've been able to do that kind of workout!) I also did 11 Minutes of chair cardio. Then I did 6 minutes of stretches. and 4 minutes of strengthening exercises. Total minutes is 30!!! It may not be much compared to what you all do, but for me, it's a HUGE deal. Next week I start the bike at the gym. I am slowly getting more active. As much as I can personally do. I look forward to keeping you all updated!

I'm proud to be a DONE GIRL!
