Top 5 Things to Get DONE:

1. Exercise through the cramps (started TOM, but it will help so much)!
2. Eat sensibly all day to prep for tonight's small portion of pizza we'll have for dinner for my husband's birthday celebration.
3. Go over and take care of my friend's diabetic cat, insulin shot in the morning & night.
4. Take care of my MIL and distraught in-laws.
5. Do laundry at my MIL's house.

My 5 things will be:

1. Eat at least 2 pieces of fruit-done if u count tomatoes!
2. Stop and take a moment to collect before feeling overwhelmed-done
3. There is chilled water in the fridge...drink some - stop dehydrating all day!! done
4. Wake up 30 minutes earlier than usual-well tomorrow then
5. Do not go to Taco Bell - this is getting out of control and it's not even good-yeah!!

1) Work on orginizing and cleaning room (I can see the closet as of now AND that's an improvement)
2) Gym 5:30 Zumba and C25k w1d1
3) Cook up some rice and portion it and the left over chili out.
4) Apply for a few more jobs
5) Water water everywhere- Drink 10 cups of water (Status currently is 4)

Start Weight: 250
End Weight: 165
