My goal is to start working out again and eating right. We just bought passes to kings Island and I want to be able to at least fit in the seats without getting stuck (fear of mine). I really want to lose about 20 pounds by June.

That is really just a motivating goal. Overall I just want to be thinner and healthier.

To try and figure out why I overeat..why I cant stop sometimes, even though I know I will regret it later. I've been overweight my entire life..theres got to be a reason. I want so bad to be thinner..I'm lucky to be one of those "healthy" overweight people..but I want to be much thinner, for once in my life..Hoping 2010 is the year for me to become the person I want to be..happier...thinner..a new job would be nice too. :)

I try not to make resolutions because I feel like it is just a way to set myself up for failure. I have decided, however, that this is the year of me. I am going to be a more active participant in my life and stop waiting for things to happen and start making them happen - whether it's taking control of my life and becoming healthier or making a move to put the passion back in my love life...I am taking charge!

My goal is to get to a healthy BMI. I'm at 27 right now, and I want to get down to 24.

Part of my "Doing Me" in 2010 is finally putting into Action my "Burnt Toast" Salon. It will be a monthly women empowerment, discussion/art & health salon.

I will host in these group salons chefs, raw food "cooks", poets etc in my home... I will also have my healthy garden working. I hope to kick off in March or April.

My resolution for 2010 is to form new healthy habits to replace old bad habits. For example, my habit for January is meal planning. I am hoping this will have the wonderful side effects of weight loss and better health!

I have many, tho not all are related to fitness:

- Get a handle on our bills and start paying EVERYTHING as on time as possible

- Be able to save money so that in 5-10yrs we can have a good down payment for a home available

- Manage weight gain while pregnant and then, once I get the OK from my DR, start exercising and trying to lose 20lbs by Jan 1, 2011.

- Eat healthier throughout he ENTIRE year, not just in spurts

- Start and keep up the daily walks w/my dogs, excepting the first 6wks after birth; I might have to go a WEE bit slower then. :o)

I don't normally do new year's resolutions, but I have many things I'm changing in my life that fall upon the new year so my main resolutions are to stop drinking soda and eating junk food! :)

I usually don't make resolutions, because I figure I'll just fail anyhow. This year is different!!
I am cutting out pop (soda), and will no longer eat everything on my plate when I'm not hungry.

In the past I have failed at my resolutions because they were unrealistic. In 2010, I would like to be under 200 pounds. I now weight 222. My goal is 150 - 155. To be under 200 is something I have not been since the birth of my oldest son, who will be 20 in Feb!!!

I hate New Years Resolutions, but this year I made a 10 in 2010 list. 10 things I want to accomplish in 2010. I posted them all in my blog.

Maintain my weight loss. Start training for a half marathon. Basically, keep everything that I started this year going... I am so happy now! Don't want to change a thing!

Imperfection is important. If we were all perfect, then there would be no such thing as growth, and everyone would be extremely boring, which is, paradoxically, not that perfect.-- Dr. Matt

1. No diet soda (already started that one)

2. Eat out only once per week as a family, not on the run anymore.

3. 10,000 steps per day

4. Stay within our financial budget and stop blowing it, need to save money.

5. Get my baby potty trained (that may be a stretch)
