I never even did strength training because I felt so awkward in the gym when I'd go into the weight section.I've just been doing the strength training plan that sparkpeople gives on the fitness tracker.

You should definitely take a look at bodybuliding.com. I know it sounds intimidating, but it will give you a full plan whether you're wanting to build muscle or just tone down.

I just started watching what I eat and doing some cardio about a week ago but I'm lost on what I should do as far as strength training. What do you all do?
I've got a weight bench at my disposal btw.
