Normally after I put my son to bed. Or I do silly little exercises when I am getting ready in the morning. Like squats, lunges or toe lifts while brushing my teeth or doing my hair. I also do a lot of commercial exercising aka doing stuff while commercials are on. I am also lucky to have stairs in my house so sometimes I run up and down them while my son is getting ready in the morning or ready for bed.

To the parents that have childen under the age of ten... when do you find the time to workout? This is my biggest problem.
