Hey.. I workout in the morning before they get up. It is hard sometimes but I find that by making myself do it first thing in the morning I have more energy for the rest of my day. Plus I have one thing checked off of my long "to do list". Sometimes I go to sleep in my workout clothes so that when I wake up all I have to do is throw on my sports bra and shoes. I guess it is a matter of thinking, "Oh well, already dressed for the workout may as well do it." That was a tip I found on this site. Good Luck.. And trust me it may be hard to start but once you start it is pretty easy to keep up.

Hey everyone! I need help. I am 30, single mother of a 2 year old, work full-time, and am emotionally and physically exhausted at the end of the day. How do I find the motivation and energy to work out? I would love to do it in the morning before my son wakes up but I have the hardest time getting out of bed early enough. Do ya'll have any tips for a struggling mother?
