You're definitely not a weanie. You need to be careful as you don't want to worsen your foot's condition even further.

I was pretty lazy today. I did the day 3 video today and some walking.

No worries, Gwenn! I should have been more on top of things and started the challenge at the beginning of the month, not the middle, lol!

Day 3 and 4 completed (since I skipped Day 1) Man my abs are sore from last night. I guess it's pretty obvious I've basically done no working out since before becoming pregnant! Day 5 tonight looks like it's cardio, so I guess we'll see if it aggravates my foot or not.

You aren't a weeny! Better to take care of your foot for sure. The walks are no joke in my opinion! My abs are killing me from my other workout, but I'm going to try the Pilates one today.

I've done 30 minutes on the stationary bike in mountain mode (what a climb) and finished my workout with the video for day 2. I guess it's leg day today! emoticon

I was a weany and didn't do Day 1 last night! Instead I did Day 2 and hopefully will come back to Day 1 later in the week. I'm super nervous about doing cardio because 1) I haven't done any in a LONG time and 2) I'm currently battling what I'm assuming is plantar fascitis in my right foot and I'm worried about making it worse.

Alright, I've completed the workout video for day 1.
Oh boy, is she energetic... I'm not all that coordinated, so I got confused a few times and had to modify some of the moves but at least I got to the end.
