I used to religiously use the smiley face ones as I could never tell if it was a second line or not (which is why I always went for the digital pregnancy tests as well). Once we found out that it's a very slight chance we would ever get pregnant again, we stopped spending the money on them.

TMI coming - Now we just aren't having sex so it doesn't pay to get them anymore or use any other method.

I have some Wondfo strips and have used them on and off. I need to use them again this month since AF just showed up! I don't start using them until about 5-7 days after my period because I'm pretty regular

I started using the Wondfo strips this past month. Just like CALLALIS, I am coming off BC which I was using for around 10 years so I really had no idea what to expect in my cycles.

I found them to be a) really cheap b) really easy to read.

I started testing once a day in the afternoon after AF was over and around CD15 I saw a very faint line. Once I saw that I started testing every time I had to pee over the next 2 days and sure enough the line got darker and darker on CD16 till it matched the test line. Then lighter and lighter on CD 17 till it was gone that night.

I'd highly recommend them, I ordered a package of 50 OPK strips 20 HcG test strips from Amazon for about $16 so I didn't feel guilty about testing so often. You do have to catch a sample of your urine though to use these. You can't pee directly on them so if you do order, make sure you buy some small disposable cups to go with them

Hope this helps!

I also used the Clear Blue smiley kind. They were pretty expensive, but it helped me understand my cycle better. Turns out that AF would always show 15 days after I got the smiley face so I probably saved some money on HPTs. I also usually only had to use 3 or 4 a month since I had a good idea when my window was.

I just bought a pack to start next month. My cycle is still trying to regulate itself after coming off of BC, so I figured they would help me track everything.

I just started last month actually. I also use the one with the smiley faces. I found it very helpful, turns out I ovulate a little bit later than the "norm". They are super expensive though. I would think you could use them for a few months though and then be good, as long as it's consistent.

Not any more.

I started with the smiley ones, great but expensive. Then I bought a whole lot of cheapies, which to me were not always as clear. But I still used them till they were gone. At the time I found them very handy. But now that I've run out of them, I feel kind of relieved. I got a bit fed up with all the testing. My cycle is pretty regular as it is. And after over 20 cycles of TTC, I now know my body well enough to know when I'm fertile.

Do you use Ovulation Predictor Kits? If so, what is your favorite brand? When do you use them each month? Do you find them helpful?
