My standby is incline treadmill walking while I watch netflix. Runner up would be kettlebell training. Hiking was the winner until I found too many ticks on me and that was the end of that...

My Daily Burn workouts. I am doing their Cardio Sculpt program. If it's been awhile since I did them, I just hit reset and my 12 week program starts over again.

Sounds like walking is the way to go and I seem to easily fall back into doing that, mainly because I can get outside and it's just basic!

That's awesome that you're doing C25K as a mentor! Having that accountability can make a world of difference! I tried to do it on my own a few times and never made it past week 5. Then I joined a running club that had a group training. Made a huge difference. emoticon

I agree with you Marielle, walking never feels like 'enough' so I drag my feet at doing it and end up doing nothing. I have started couch to 5k with the little girl that I'm tutoring and having her as an incentive is really helping!

I love Zumba. Its always so much fun! And having a set class time means I'm more likely to go. Its hard to fit into my schedule though. I also love walking through my neighborhood, but I always feel like I'm not doing "enough." Still trying to find the "perfect" exercise routine for me.

I like to walk too. Also, there is Walk Away the Pounds DVD that I like, especially if I haven't worked out for awhile.

Swimming or pilates. Both are really relaxing to me.

Walking or Jogging... if I'm really in a rut, sometimes I just need to get out walking. :) My new favorite is Body Pump at the gym though.

I always go back to jogging or running. Or, if I'm in really bad shape, just walking. It always clears my head... and if I'm really feeling lazy or sorry for myself, I can just hop on the treadmill and watch TV while I work out :) Otherwise I prefer to get outside and run, it's nice to get out of the house and see some new scenery.

My favorite workout is any type of yoga flow - I just feel so much better afterwards.

However, if I'm stuck in a no-workout rut, I tend to go for a walk. Moving just a bit helps me feel better, and then it feels easier to do more later.

Is there a workout that you always go back to when you need to get yourself back on track? Or that is just so fun you forget you are working out?
