Unfortunately my way to de-stress (not that I am stressed that often where it comes to this) is to emotional eat. I am working daily on this to try to find other ways to de-stress that are more healthy.

Exercise in general takes my mind off of whatever stresses me out, or gives me clear time to think it through and realize everything will be ok, and then the endorphins kick in and life is good.

I have found the running helps me un-stress. I concentrate on my running and it helps clear my head. I've found that since I started running I don't get the knots in my back like I used to

Most of my stress is from work, so I'll listen to classical music on my way home (via public transportation) and then take a long walk when I get home. Being outside and moving helps me clear my head of all the "junk".

Just call me La. Most everyone else does.

My favorite ways to destress are to take a hot bath, often with epsom salts, or go sit outside in the sunshine for awhile.
