Okaaayyy, on what would have been approx 11DPO, now FF has my ovulation day marked as December 1st, which was 7 days after my second positive OPK.

My BBT chart showed a consistent upswing in temperature from Dec 2 to today, so Dec 1 seems like the most likely day for O, but now the OPKs and the soreness I originally posted about are baffling. The OPKs say O should occur within 48hrs of a + result, but apparently mine took a whole week? And the soreness! It felt like I had done 100 sit ups! And there was no EWCM anywhere near Dec 1st. My body is toying with me. Haha

Anyway, so I found another online BBT charting site and keyed everything into there too, for a second opinion. It also marks Dec 1st as O day. I guess I'm going with that, but I wish those OPKs could be a little more accurate!

My best guess... maybe my body geared up for O and it didn't happen the first time, but then it did happen on Dec 1st as a second attempt?

What to do next cycle if no BFP this month? I'm gonna use the OPKs to just determine when to start my 2 week fertility window, and BD every other day from the day I get a + result.

I hope this information is at least a little useful to someone, maybe if they're going through a similar problem to this one. I have a 35 day cycle so there's bound to be some crazies going on between CD1 and CD35, I guess. Haha

I did take another OPK to see if my hormones were still up. That was... two days ago? It came back negative. FF has me marked as fertile for like 8 straight days and finally went back to normal today. Haha

The soreness is gone today. I'm baffled as to what really happened! It wasn't ovary pain like I've had before.

Well, I guess if it happens again next month we can call it ovulation pain and the mystery will be solved! lol

If you haven't had a sustained temp rise for at least three days yet, it could be O pain. Being ill can delay ovulation, even after a positive OPK.

So today is (I *think*), 5/6 DPO, since I got positive OPK results on Nov 24th & 25th. No sustained rise in temps on my BBT since then -- and in fact I have two steep dips in temperature, followed by a couple days of slightly higher temps, which is confusing...

Anyway, since everything I've read says to assume O within 24-36hrs of a positive OPK, that's what we're sticking with.... And today I woke up feeling very sore in the same place I usually get menstrual cramps. We didn't BD yesterday, nor did I do anything strenuous like lifting, carrying, ab workouts, etc. so this is a little out of the ordinary for me. AF is still a couple weeks out, so it's too early for PMS. It isn't overly painful, I'm not bleeding. It's just sore and tender and I'm unfamiliar with the sensation.

What I'm wondering is: do you gals ever get this sort of random soreness after ovulation?
