I love Zumba, its a great way to dance off the stress of a hard week and it feels so good to dance to the music.

I love to run on the treadmill. Now I just got a personal trainer through work and I'm incorporating some strength training in with my cardio. Going to look great in the new year!

I really recommend prenatal yoga once you get pregnant. It's really helped with the hip pain I started having and its such a nice stretch!

I love playing tennis or volleyball whenever I can. I wish I lived somewhere that I could do it more frequently.

I also love yoga and it's been nice trying out some prenatal yoga. I especially have loved a section on my DVD that works my hips because I've been waking up with hip pain in the mornings from pregnancy loosening my ligaments!

walking is my favorite. I haven't been to karate and kickboxing in 6 or 7 months because of kids sports and I really miss that. Would love to get back to it since I'm so close to my black belt!

Don't do much of both lately I'm afraid. At the moment, if I do anything, it's treadmill intervals and weight training, since I can do that whenever I want. emoticon emoticon
I will have to try out a new yoga or dance class though!

I absolutely love kick boxing and Turbo Jam is my thing. But now I am resorting to only walking and hiking, which is a favorite pastime of mine
