I agree on meditations, maybe daily affirmations as well! Also a healthy goal specific to trying to conceive, like less caffeine, or a pregnancy friendly exercise to prepare.

Hi Abby,

I would definitely join a no sugar / no caffeine and/or no alcohol challenge. I just can't seem to get that under control. :-s

And also a daily meditation challenge to keep us all stress free in these exciting but sometimes frustrating period of our lives :-)
