I avoid MSG because I get an MSG reaction.
Lipton Soup Mix is often listed as gluten free and I was told recently that it was by my Celiac group in Canada. However, all the lists I find it on are very old. The latest list produced on Delphi Celiac Forum does not list it. It is made by Unilever. Here are the Canadian phone numbers

Many canned tuna's are gluten free. Look for water pack or read the ingredients list. If it is only tuna, water and salt, I would use it.

I use wheat free Tamari sauce (low sodium) for soy sauce. And there are GF beers available now - Grist, Bard's and one other.

usually MSG is contaminated with gluten be careful -
I have been on this diet since 1955 or thereabouts ;
flour is everywhere - including cottage cheese canned tuna fish and soy sauce and beer ;

Lipton's GOLDEN Onion soup mix is not GF. The rest are. I think there are problems with the Campbell's mix.
Sure wish the Litpon's did not have so much sodium and MSG.

We use Lipton Onion soup a lot and have no problem. I have seen it on several lists.

I've had it and it's fine.

I was just reading a recipe in the book "Beyond Rice Cakes" and it called Lipton Onion Soup Mix. I thought that Lipton Onion Soup Mix wasn't save to eat.
I was wondering if anyone knows for sure.
