Then there are some more videos when you go to Youtube, Cant remember what she is called & she is quite good.

Don't know anything about Jessica Smith, but I like Kathy Smith

Enjoy the Spark videos though some are a bit too tough on me

Like Jessica Smith then just heard about Bright Side

I am really enjoying Jessica Smith. I like her better than Leslie Sansone. Leslie says the same thing on every video. At least Jessica doesn't, and I love her dog Peanut. .

I have been using Leslie Sansone but the videos have been skipping around on me. I'll try again tomorrow.

for beginners you really can do any video you want, just use modificcations. jessica smith is great for giving easier and harder modifications.
for me, part of the fun is looking around to see what you find. if i dont like it, then i dont do it again.

Yoga with Adriene
Fitness Blender - you can modify as needed for lower impact or lighter weight, take rests, etc if it's a bit too vigorous, but I like the variety.
And, of course, the videos available on SparkPeople.
