Another kettlebell fan here. I mainly use mine for strength training, but I got a decent cardio workout from swinging my 26 lb kettlebell around today.

Plenty of things taste as good as being skinny feels. :)

I too love kettlebells. I don't think they recommend doing it daily though.
I plan on ordering the Kettlebell goddess DVD one next month. and currently putting the Lauren brooks ones on my christmas list since they are a bit more pricey.

Today I did do JIllian's No More Trouble zones with 5 and 10 lb weights.

Good Morning All! I started this morning with a new outlook on my inner attitude. I have once again started my daily workout of KettleBells. It's a fun new way to get your heart rate up and it can be done at one's own pace. I opted for the Danskin version simply because it's less expensive (purchased at Walmart for under $20). I enjoyed this mornings workout with the strong determination to really stay focused on my overall health and to not let others discourage me... you know so many others that are unhappy in their bodies will discourage, tempt and down you for doing what they feel is impossible of themselves. I hope to finish the day with a brisk walk after work, it makes me sleep better which results in better weight loss. I hope you all have a great day. Let me know what you all are doing in your own homes that might encourage me to stay STRONG! emoticon
