Hi Team! I may not get to post daily but I do consistently exercise along with gardening on the regular.

Today was Push Circuit 3 (CLX) which is a strength training workout that REALLY lets you know how strong you may be....LOL. I was able to increase weight set from 20lbs to 22.5lbs doing a Sumo Squat which is a total weight of 45lbs.

Focus: chest, back, legs
Weight sets: 15, 17.5, 20, 22.5

Yesterday: Took the day off

Today: 2nd half of Bob's IOM Strength.....I am seriously loving his IOM Series. Possibly doing BFBM (only 25 mins though) later.

Tomorrow: Bob's IOM Cardio (will try the whole hour, but if I can only do 30 mins then I will do the rest later in the day or on Friday).

Today was Burn Circuit 2 (38min strength). I had plans of increasing weights from 12.5 to 15lbs doing the Dead Lift w/Double Row BUT my arms were not having it today...LOL. Overall it was a GREAT way to start my day.

Weight sets in use: 10, 12.5, 15
Focus: arms, hamstrings, legs

Today, I performed the Push Circuit 1. Let no one deceive you into thinking weight lifting/strength training does not have a cardio effect because THIS sistah was hog sweating this morning...LOL! And, Chalene Johnson (CLX) would place slow pushups at the end when your biceps/triceps are already spent...lol. I was so VERY happy when it was over but I feel wonderful.

Weight sets in use: 7.5, 10, 12.5, 20
Focus: biceps/triceps, glutes, and legs

emoticon I use a recumbent bike because I have back issues and it is working great for me. Have worked up to 60 -70 minutes a day for 6 days a week. Hope to get outside and ride some once our weather improves. Barb
