While waiting for my son's bus, started raking the front yard for 20 minutes.
Walked the dogs 1.17 miles in 18 minutes.

Good Morning and Happy Valentines Day!

I got in my early morning Turbo Fire "Fire 30" and "Stretch 10" workout this morning. Will be going to the gym tonight for the Body Pump class (group weight lifting: light weights, many sets).

No real plans with my husband for this evening; I know that he loves me. Plus, but the time I get home from the gym, it'll be after 7:00 - and will need another shower! HA! We had a nice dinner out together Saturday - and that works for me!

Did my roll-out-of-bed 15 minutes dancing to get awake. It's actually sort of warm today (maybe low 40s?) so we are going to check out a few local trail areas to see if ice/snow are melted enough to do some non-street walking. Also got Leslie Sansome Walk at Home (arrived from Amazon yesterday), so anxious to check it out. Either way, it'll be another 60 of cardio.

Last night I got in a Body Pump (1-hr group weight lifting - light weights, LOTS of reps) last night, and then did a mile on the treadmill. I've never been a runner, and have never run on a treadmill. I ran the first 1/4 mile, and was afraid that I was going to fly off the back of the darn thing - so I decided to speed-walk (4.3) the rest of the mile. I needed the good workout to finish out my slack week. I lost no weight this week (see my blog!), but at least I didn't gain any back.

It's supposed to be SUNNY today in the Orlando area! (Good to have sun again after this dreary week we've had!)
