I have the Prevention dvd's that are getting pretty dusty!! I do try them but I have 2 left feet so I can't keep up with them. So I been getting Leslie Sansones walking dvds cause those I can do. I HATE wasting my money like that!!

I believe so... But, I'm not really certain. I am planning on ordering one tomorrow. I found the entire set at walmart.com at a great price but I don't want to buy the set until I know that I will do the workout.

I love hearing good dvd reviews. I looked those up, are they the ones that say beginner on them?

I'll have to look for them...I have The Biggest Loser workouts (1 & 2)...they are good for a change up in routine.
Highest Weigh--205
Starting SP weight 10/14/04--195 Reached my goal weight 09/08/06--132 Had some health issues and regained some of my weight =( now working on getting back down to my goal. Just keep swimming, just keep swimming. Slow and steady wins the race...I am in this for the long haul not just a short sprint.

Thanks... I looked on ebay and amazon. I also looked at walmart.com to compare the prices. Ebay looks like they have the best deals. Now I just have to decide which one I want. What would you all sugest. I am looking for something to work my entire body. I need something that will keep me up and going. Something with a good cardio workout.

I bought my set from Dunhams sport. I also found them at Kmart. Actually if you go to ebay they have a lot of them to purchase.

I'm working out with her set of DVD called "Front side, Back side" she always incorporates cardio with weights for maximum burn, as she puts it! one minute into the workout you are sweating. My legs were actually sweating today. She also has just straight out cardio. If you purchase the Front side set she as a segment on there that previews all her videos. I highly recommend these if you need to shake it up or you need to tighten up everywhere.
Plus it counts as aerobics high intensity which burns on SP 210 calories in 30 minutes. And I totally believe that because I am dead when it's all over!!! Do it now or never!

I love Jillian Michaels on "The Biggest Loser". Cracks me up the way she says before their workouts, "Who wants a beating?"

I have never worked out with a video but with winter coming and to shake things up, I have considered it. Can you give us examples of what type of workout it is? Thanks!

Its funny you say that... I have been doing Jillian's "Making the Cut" and its a seriously awesome workout. I was thinking of investing in her videos as well. I guess I will start my search for them!

It is a hard workout but she gives a very motivational talk before and after the workout. Basically the thinking is just start out and try to push yourself as with any workout but she will get you stronger and healthier than you have ever been. You have to be willing to do the work! I have to cheat to do the workout and start with lower weights. she also uses a step up bench but I just use my stairs or living room table. Works for me!

Hi is it for anyone, I'm 48 so I'm thinking I'd be wasting my money if it's too hard or I can't keep up I end up putting it away never to see the lite a day again!!

I recently started using Jillian Michaels' workout video. I think of myself as a person that is pretty well into the cardio phase since I workout almost everyday but things videos are kicking my butt. I have never pushed myself like this. I'm dripping sweat by the time I'm done.
If you want to get to the next level then I suggest these videos. I have a new found respect for the bad ass trainer on The Biggest Loser!!! Do it now or never!
