Happy Sunday! Today, I am grateful for my life, health and strength. I've been working from home and my boys are doing virtual learning, but my husband has to work outside of the home. Last week, my husband got sick and had to the Covid-19 test. His result was negative. I am so grateful that he is doing much better and took some time off work to rest. Hug your loved ones today and keep them close. I am so grateful for God's grace, his mercy, his protection, his healing, and his love.

I've been going through a lot with my son (behavioral problems mostly) plus I am still working from home. The boys are doing virtual learning programs as well. It's really been tough. I honestly feel that it is not enough time in a day, seriously. Today, I release all blockages that had manifested in my life. Every challenge and obstacle, I tear them down on today. I strive to get better each day. Remind yourself everyday...I am in charge of my happiness! Now, let's make it happen, no excuses!

Happy Sunday! I don't know about you, but I have really been struggling with life challenges. Between the pandemic, working from home, my boys learning virtually, the election, my oldest son's behavior problems, etc. I need to step back and re-evaluate some things.

Let's start with morning routine habits. Setting good morning habits is so important for your total well-being - mind, body and spirit.

Here's some tips to help you get started:

1) Avoid hitting the snooze button.
2) Pray and/or meditate.
3) Yoga, stretching or exercising.
4) Hydrate your body with water or tea.
5) Recite positive and uplifting affirmations.
6) Read an inspiration book.
7) Listen to upbeat music.
8) Go outdoors to get sunshine and fresh air.
9) Write in your journal.

Whenever I feel tense or stressed, I plan to take a moment to stop what I am doing, close my eyes and take a few deep breaths. I plan to quiet my mind and envision all of the tension in my body being lifted away with the breeze. I will remind myself that I have all the time that I need to complete whatever it is that I need to do. I do not need to rush or struggle with anything. I will release all stress and tension from body easily. I will replace that pain with peace. Once my heart is calm and relaxed, I will look into the reasons why I may have been feeling stressed and I look for better ways to manage my situation. Remember, stress is just a feeling that you create with your thoughts. Thankfully, we have the power to change our thoughts at any time.

Happy Tuesday! How are you doing on today? I've been so busy with working from home and helping my boys navigate with virtual learning. Trying to squeeze time in for exercise, planning healthy meals, and caring for myself often times fall by the way side. Sometimes you have to pause, bow your head, lift your hands, and pray.

I appreciate everything that I have - My life, my family, my good health, a home, a job, money in the bank, food to eat, reliable transportation, etc.! I am now becoming all that I want to become. I use my actions to bring my imagination's vision into life. No obstacle stands in my way. Life is working out perfectly for me. In case you don't realize it, you are strong enough to face it all, even if it doesn't feel like it right now. Remember, focus on where you want to go not on what you fear.

A new study touts the benefits of honey for treating common coughs and colds. Experts at Oxford University found that honey was better at relieving coughs, sore throats and congestion, with no harmful side effects. On average -- honey was 36 per cent more effective at reducing cough frequency and cut cough severity by 44 per cent or more.

It also appeared to reduce the time it takes to recover from a cough or cold by up to two days. The study's authors hope using honey for upper respiratory tract infections could reduce the overprescription of antibiotics.

Broccoli is manmade. It was bred out of the wild cabbage plant, Brassica oleracea. It was cultivated to have a specific taste and flavour that was more palatable to people. Cauliflower and brussels sprouts are manmade too.

- Pigs dream and see in color.
- Pigs outperform 3-year-old human children on cognition tests and are smarter than any domestic animal, and animal experts consider them more trainable than cats or dogs.
- Pigs are naturally slender. They only become fat when humans overfeed them.
Pigs are sociable. They like to cuddle and snuggle up, nose to nose, with one another as they sleep.
- In the wild, pigs live in matriarchal societies, as elephants do.
- Piglets love to chase each other, play-fight, and roll down hills.
- Pigs can be picky eaters: When given the same food, even a favorite one, such as melon or banana, over and over, they will soon set them aside and eat their other food first. When pigs are offered a new food, they don’t gobble it right up, as a dog might, but sniff at it delicately as they decide whether or not to try a nibble.
- Pigs are hygienic. When given the chance, they are more particular about their sanitary behavior than most dogs. They will not, unless locked inside a factory-farm cage, defecate anywhere near their living space.
